Welcome to my blog.
This is the first in what will be (hopefully!) an overwhelming amount of information to help you find the best home for you, get the best deal on your current home, avoid common pitfalls, and generally have the best real estate experience possible. Feel free to browse around, or search for something you might be looking for.
As for who I am…my name is Tom Frame. I relocated here to Southwest Michigan in 2000. Originally a teacher, I found the local education “market” slightly depressed, and decided to move into a new field - real estate! I had the opportunity to hook up with a local broker with decades of experience, both himself, as well as learning from his father. I’ve learned so much in the the past 8 years, and have found real estate to be very similar to teaching. It is my job to use my knowledge and experience to guide you to finding exactly what you’re looking for, as well as providing you the knowledge to make these decisions confidently!
My family and I relocated from Chicago, and this is an experience I share with many of my clients. There is a unique perspective to moving from a big city to the smaller town living of South Haven and Bangor. It’s a wonderful area, and I hope that my experience can help you as you might be making the decision to buy in our area.
